Today is National Banana Day! The scientific name for banana is musa sapientum, which means “fruit of the wise men.” So we’ve wised up and were offering TWO specials today: Fat Elvis and Banana Snickerdoodle. Fat Elvis is a banana cake with peanut butter cream cheese, fudge royale, peanut butter, and banana chips! Go forth and make Elvis proud!
