Happy Cinco de Mayo! We’re featuring Churro & Mexican Espresso today!
Churro is a vanilla, cinnamon/sugar cake, frosted with cinnamon cream cheese topped with churros and a sprinkle of cinnamon/sugar.
Mexican Espresso is a chocolate/coffee cake with a little cayenne pepper for a hint of spice, frosted with coffee buttercream and a sprinkle of instant coffee
