Monday’s special is Mexican Espresso! It’s a chocolate and coffee cake with a bit of cayenne to give it a kick. It’s got a coffee buttercream and topped with a sprinkle of instant coffee. Today’s also the first day to grab a Lemon Amaretto cupcake, our weekly special.
