Today is National Apple Pie Day! That seems silly to me, apples aren’t in season. But OK. Today’s specials are Caramel Apple Pie and German Apple Pie. Caramel Apple Pie, pictured, is an apple-y cake with caramel icing and topped with apple pie filling and peanuts. Happy Friday! You made it!
