It’s National Apple Pie Day! Why in May, I have no idea! We’re having Caramel Apple Pie to celebrate! Vanilla cake baked with apple pie filling and spice, frosted with caramel frosting and topped with a dollop of apple pie filling and peanuts. 🍎
